I speak with Spencer Lum from Ground Glass about why hearing a negative from a potential client might actually be a positive for your sales and business!
Spencer tells us how getting a potential client to tell you "no" can be helpful because it means that they are being honest with you. Otherwise, they can just "yes" you to death, leave the meeting and you will never hear from them again.
The sales information in this episode is worth it's weight in GOLD! GOLD I TELL YA!
